  Hired attorney , anonymous  Feb. 04, 2017
Chris defeated the HOA's attempt to charge me with another man's debts.
Chris was victorious in defending me against the HOA's assertion that I owed another man's debts. I get it; the economy is bad and a family loses their investment lot in a subdivision. Happened a lot ever since 2008. But, when I bought the lot at a tax deed sale and began paying my way in that subdivision the greedy HOA sought to attach the other guy's huge, past-due HOA bill to me. What? Are you kidding. I'm part of the cure. I'm new blood in the subdivision and writing checks for the legitimate fees. Don't pile on me with the former owners unpaid debts. Chris Wickersham represented me and we went on the offensive. We brought the the action and he was victorious against the greedy ones. How many folks are intimidated by HOA's? I'm glad my internet search led me to Christopher Wickersham. Chris is in Jacksonville but handled my case in 300 miles away without issue. Yes, I recommend this attorney!

He has handled EVERY part of this journey leaving no stress to have to deal with. He is honest, professional, personable, and a great guy. Without a doubt I will continue to use his attorney services. Chris makes life easy and does not fit any sort of lawyer stereotype (those kind of lawyers we hear and tell jokes about.) Chris is one of the most knowledgeable lawyers I have ever met. He fully understands and comprehends the law and the strategy that goes along with litigation. His diligence and commitment to justice for his clients is second-to-none, and his legal work product is superior.

Working opposite Mr. Wickersham is a pleasant experience because he's easy to get along with and does his best to keep an accommodating attitude toward scheduling. That being said, he's firm in his legal position and won't back down when he believes the law supports his client's position. I don't believe he's foolish with his client's money either, as so many attorneys can be.

I have had the opportunity to work with Chris several times and he is an intellectual powerhouse coupled with boundless energy and tenacity. I have trusted and will continue to trust Chris with high profile and complex matters. His ability to get to the core issues, to grasp the law and pull it all together in a meaningful resolution is second to none. My advice to people considering him as a lawyer? Get on his client list before he becomes one of the country's legal elite!!! No joke.

I endorse this lawyer. Christopher has extrememly effective trial skills, and is one of the best research and writing attorneys I have encountered. In just two short years in practice, he has already created new jurisprudential precedence in the area of HOA liens, and I continue to marvel at his ability to get to the heart of a legal matter as efficiently and effectively as he does.
