Cliff is a fighter and will fight for you!

Professional, smart and responsive

Clifford Wells is an amazing attorney that is not only professional but extremely personable. He was always available, knew my case inside and out, and was able to relate to me on a personal level where he even knew the names of my family members. Absolutely the best

My wife and I were involved in a serious traffic accident. I checked out and contacted several attorneys on Avvo, and Cliff was the first to volunteer to get to the scene and "take over," which he did with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail. This is a young man who is obviously highly skilled, experienced, and exceeding focused--not just on the settlement, but on making certain that his clients have the means to rebuild their lives in the face of what would otherwise be devastating injury. All the staff at the offices of Herman & Wells are amazing. They are personable, approachable, practical, and extremely ethical. If you are looking for a money-hungry ambulance chasing firm, look elsewhere. Cliff and Jason know what they're doing, and they will make sure that you get the best settlement available, given the scenario. They literally and figuratively "held our hand" through an extremely difficult physical recovery, all the data gathering and confrontational depositions, a terribly taxing trial, AND handled all the "clean-up" work with bill collectors during the aftermath. They are accessible, they deal with you one on one, they keep you briefed on everything that is happening every step of the way. You would be hard-pressed to find a better couple of attorneys than Cliff and Jason.

A lawyer who cares!

Clifford Wells is an an attorney who cares for his clients. He takes a personal interest in you. You actually get to talk to him not an associate (although his staff is more than competent and responsive). He won't sugar coat his take on your case. That means your time and his is not wasted. I highly recommend him and his firm. My accident claim has yet to be resolved, but Cliff's attention to detail and great communication leads me to recommend him no matter the outcome.

Cliff did a great job representing me

A friend of mine recommended Cliff to me shortly after I was struck from behind on my motorcycle, I called him and he quickly drove to the hospital to see me and immediately began to gather information for the case. Cliff has gone above and beyond my expectations of him from start to finish, he gave me great advice, kept me informed throughout the process and worked hard to get me more than I expected with my settlement. On top of it all it is apparent that Cliff enjoys what he does and cares about the people he represents, I hope never to need an attorney again but if I do Cliff will certainly be my choice. I had no idea I would ever need an attorney for an accident until I was hit by a drunk driver. I'm sure that I could never handled all that is entailed regarding my hospital bills & settlement .Without Cliff,my case,would have been reduced and compromised,without question.
