Worst experience ever!!!! They took the retainer and then no response whatsoever..feeling pressurized to respond by opposing counsel and my lawyer is nowhere to be found. Then she returned the calls after more than a week with no strategy, no meeting before court date. Wish would have never hired this lawyer ....Messed up my case and sent me a huge bill.....Horrible service....They have no shame in taking your hard earned money for not doing anything....
Be where of this attorney named Jonathan Winn. He will bill you for out rages hours, he's extremely diss honest and he is not like that all throughout the courts. Read reviews google Cordell and Cordell you will see they have a ton of complaints on the Better Business Bureau. he shows up the court and suits are way too big for him, he has a limp leg. They keep your credit card on file for a reason. they keep your credit card on file for a reason judges do not like this guy.
Cordell and Cordell is a scam!! They give you false hopes, take all your money and then drop you as a client. Worst law firm I have ever seen!
Has excellent people working for her.
My attorney promised the world. He simply did not deliver. I provided him with all the information, emails, phone audio recordings, records, and photos.
What did he do with them you ask, beats me. In court, he used very little email, no phone audio, partial records and 5 out of over 50 photos. The photos he did use he minimized there effect by taking an 8x10 color photo and turning them into 3x5 black and white, this is how he showed blood stains on my 9 yr old daughters panties to the judge.
Joseph Cordell was not willing to be flexible in the mediation and was unwilling to listen to problem at hand.
The amount of money paid for the services rendered were not commensurate. The attorney was more concerned with dragging out the case to excessively bill out his hours.
1. Refused to answer legal questions(money was in the retainer).
2. Refused to present evidence in Court.
3. Always looked for ways to increase billing. e.g. rather than appear in Court at the specified time, he chose to wait another 1.5 hours to go last so he could bill or double bill (working on multiple clients will waiting outside the Courtroom) Also rather than handle multiple issues in one appearance before the Court he would rather have multiple appearance ie one appearance per issue
1. With money in the retainer the attorneys refused to answers legal questions.
2. Given the opportunity for cross examination for about 20 minutes before the end of the court day, the attorney stuttered and could only come up one question leaving one issue to fester for over a year against the client.
3. This is really a marketing firm appearing as a legal firm. (e.g. 51% of marriage end in divorce, 50% of the people are male, therefore they are multi media marketing to 25% of the pop)
