Courtney Soria, a Florida native, is the managing partner of Soria Law. She has practiced immigration law for over ten years. She received her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the Florida A&M College of Law, after receiving her Bachelor's degree from the University of Central Florida. In law school, Courtney Soria was a member of law review and moot court, and also received two book awards in Florida Practice and Professional Responsibility. While serving as a student law clerk for the U.S. Department of Justice Executive Office for Immigration Review Orlando Immigration Court, Courtney Soria, discovered an area of law where she knew that she could act as an advocate, and learned about immigration proceedings from the inside.
