Such cases included pressing issues regarding Fourth Amendment Search and Seizure, Section 1983 Civil Rights for the maltreatment of prisoners, and Title IX for university failure to remediate the effects of sexual assault on college campuses. Attorney Zalloum has also successfully petitioned the state Governor for clemency and pardons for qualifying clients.Along with criminal defense, Attorney Zalloum has successfully fought alongside her partner, Attorney Ralph Garcia, against big insurance companies and was able to recover substantial compensation for those whose claims have been denied by their insurance company.
