She is amazing

She has represented me in several family law matters. She wrote the most thorough and detailed Marital Settlement Agreement which outlined a very sophisticated agreements, assets, alimony, the the like. She pushed this through at an extremely quick pace knowing that time was important to me an my family. She also wrote a rock solid Parenting Plan that had extra details to avoid future problems in a difficult custody issue. Thanks to Ms. Quigley!!!

An amazing attorney who knows the law and never gives up in the face of adversity.

Dana Quigley will “never give up fighting for what is in the best interest of your child.” She has worked tirelessly for the past 3 years to ensure the safety of our granddaughter. Regardless of formidable obstacles, she stood by us and our case when other attorneys believed it was hopeless. Due to her dedication, attention to detail, high ethics, and knowledge of the law, we have fought this battle at both the trial court and appellate court levels. Ms. Quigley never once gave up on our complex case, knew every detail, and was well read in the intricacies of the applicable laws. She was determined to protect our granddaughter from future harm and pushed until justice prevailed. Our case was very unusual, complex, and involved a 3-year battle that was highly charged and very emotionally taxing to us as a family. In addition to knowing the facts and the complexities of the law, Ms. Quigley understood that we needed to feel supported as human beings. Rare Find

She did not give me the advice that I wanted to hear, she gave me the honest advice that I needed to hear which included that I not pursue a case. She could have easily talked me into pursuing it just to make money but she she has integrity so she told me the truth. Happy that I listened.

Like Your Best Friend !

Even thought Dana's Firm could not take my case , Dana treated me like her best friend and didn't stop at trying to help me find a lawyer that could help me ! She truly made me feel like my case was very important and she continued to direct me in the right direction of a lawyer who could take on my case ! Bright, Passionate, Ethical, Tough, Godly

Ms. Quigley is a very bright light in the legal world. She says what she can do, does what she said she would, and goes above and beyond to make sure her client's best interests are achieved. She is representing me in my family matter regarding child support arrears. She is a Wiz with finances, and has kept my ex's attorney from eating me alive. The most dedicated, tireless attorney I've ever ran across

My company hired Ms. Quigley to write most of our operating agreements and employee forms. In addition, and where she absolutely shined, was her unbelievably thorough analysis of the Franklin-Dodd act. This was a very time-sensitive matter, and she managed to get through this dense, 600 page act in a matter of days and give us cogent and very prudent advice on what the act would mean to our business. She tells us all the time that she doesn't sleep when she needs to get work done, and I believe it because she is absolutely adamant about getting things done right and quickly. I would definitely recommend her to anyone that wants the same amount of attention and time poured into their case as they would themselves.
