Scott practiced with me years ago, when he first started practicing law. He was very mature for a young lawyer but still inexperienced. I have only had a few matters with him since that time, none of which were very complicated but all of which he handled competently and professionally. My suspicion is that the ratings I have given for legal knowledge and legal experience might should be higher than a 4, but my more recent experiences were not of sufficient complexity to judge his growth
