A crucial partner in resolving estate issues

First Rate & Relentless

Mine was a difficult trust dispute case with many unknowns to uncover. Dan was relentless in his pursuit of the facts and building my case. Each step was well planned from skillful depositions, strategy during mediation, to brilliantly arguing my case before the judge at trial. As we were packing up after the trial, the judge said I would like to tell you what a magnificent job your attorney did, & how professional Dan was in every way”.....but I knew that! Before closing arguments could happen the following week, the opposing counsel called with a settlement offer. Dan's accomplishments in the courtroom told the other side they better settle. Dan was recommended to me by a friend's daughter who is also an attorney. He walked me thru a very complicated family trust.
