Business civil suit

Dan is an amazing attorney . He represented me in a civil suit against me by a multi million dollar corporation and we won . Get an out of town lawyer

When the going gets tough, this firm runs and hides. A complete waste of money. All he wanted to do was make a deal with the state attorney that would make the state attorney happy! It seems he valued his friendship with the state attorney more than my needs as a client. If u want to make a deal with the state attorney, do it yourself and save the frustration of hiring a lawyer like this.

Injunction of Stalking against me from an unbalanced person, who also is a Florida lawyer.

Dan Hilbert (a wonderful and intelligent lawyer) took on this difficult injunction of stalking case against me, which was a total fabrication, and with assuredness and clarity, methodically walked the Judge through the different sequences of each event that occurred, and made it perfectly clear to everyone at the court, that nothing in the injunction was true or accurate, winning the case with ease and finality.
