He's disrespectful and I wish I never hired him.Because he makes promises that he doesn't keep. He posts pictures like he's a family man and he don't care about anybodys families. Just all lies and disappointment.
I hired him for a case and I would never be able to get a hold of him. He is very disrespectful and sends his mommy and daddy to do all his work for him. Your better off with a public defender because martinez only accepts pleas he don't know how to fight and win cases.

Daniel is a wonderful lawyer! He's smart and quick, really has your best interest at heart. Very professional and passionate about what he does and truly cares for his clients. I hired him in September for my case and am very pleased with the outcome. His paralegal, Denise, was extremely helpful to me as well. Highly recommended!!! BEST attorney ever. Got into a pretty serious accident a couple months back right before the holidays. Worked with me through the holidays and had me seen by every doctor I needed at an exceptionally well time frame. Also got my settlement at a well time frame.
