Mr. David Carroll was my attorney from Feb 2015 thru Sept 2016 until my divorce/child custody case was final. In Jan 2015 My world was turned upside down when my wife left me with both my kids (we only one together I had one from a previous relationship) so I began my search for a attorney. I was given Mr. Carroll's phone number thru a friend who had heard about Mr. Carroll thru his inner circle of friends. I met with Mr. Carroll and his staff, let me tell you the minute I meet him I had a Peace in my heart and knew he was the one. Mr. Carroll was hired immediately, from the minute his office was hired he was so involved in my case it was awesome and when I say involved he cares, not just him but his entire office to include Mrs. Cheley and Mrs. Adidi. Mr. Carroll is extremely honest and let me tell you he will work extremely hard on your case and not just him Mrs. Cheley his assistant she worked until midnight three weeks straight before my case went to court. Yes my case went to trial and you talk about being prepared his office was so prepared even the Judge saw and mentioned it doing trial. The opposing attorney was known of being a bull dog and nasty but Mr. Carroll never wavered on his moral character and never stooped to her level. It was refreshing that there is a honest and truly Blessed attorney out there. So let's talk about the out come, I ended getting shared custody yes shared custody which at the beginning of all this you of never guessed I would of gotten that with my son every single attorney I meet with prior told me no way will you never get fifty percent custody and Mr. Carroll never said that what he did say was do the right thing keep a level Head and the LORD will take care of us and this case. Guess what he was right. In addition, I also received other equities and money I never ever thought I would get. Now let me talk about another person I mentioned a little bit her name is Mrs. Cheley. Let me tell you she balances that office and it is amazing. What I mean about that statement is Mr. Carroll is very caring and optimistic but Mrs. Cheley will tell you how it is and if you are acting foolish she will tell you but she only tells you how it is because she cares and she knows the law and system. Let me tell you during my case I acted foolish and she pulled me aside and said "Ted you better stop being a knucklehead and take a deep breath and stop acting emotionally and think about the big picture your son." Let me tell you that was a true wake up call. Let's talk about money real quick this was very expensive I won't lie about that but you can not put a price on your kids trust me when I say that. At times I had trouble paying but he never left me or said you better pay or I will not represent you he never said that. In fact he said don't worry we will figure it out and guess what we did. So I know this long but this is an important decision and I would tell you do not waste your time with other attorneys who will tell you anything you want to hear MR. CARROLL AND HIS STAFF ARE THE BEST JUST CALL THEM AND TALK TO THEM. GOD BLESS!!!!!

I hired Mr. Carroll for my custody case less than a month ago. He filed my paperwork as an emergency and I was awarded full custody the same day he sent it to the judge. His assistant Shelly is very efficient and knowledgeable. I am very impressed with Mr. Carroll and his staff. They definitely get things done right.
