David, who I have known for well over 15 years, is bright, personable, and very experienced and capable. I have represented clients who left because they were dissatisfied at David's firm.Perhaps high volume settlement is a good business model. I think many many more cases are settled than fully litigated to the extent necessary. I wonder if this is always in the best interests of the client.
