David Tamaroff is an intellectual property litigator with Morgan & Morgan's Business Trial Group. He represents plaintiffs on a contingency-fee basis in all types of intellectual property cases. He has substantial experience litigating claims of copyright infringement, patent infringement, and trademark infringement and counterfeiting in federal courts across the country.
Prior to devoting his practice to litigation, Tamaroff also helped clients secure their intellectual property rights by obtaining copyright and trademark registrations, manage their intellectual property portfolios and commercialize their intellectual property assets through licensing, assignment, and enforcement.
David received his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, magna cum laude. He served on the executive board of the University of Miami International & Comparative Law Review and received both the CALI Award and Dean’s Certificate for his work in Patent Law. David received his B.S. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, cum laude, in Biochemistry & Biophysics. He was inducted into Beta Beta Beta, the National Biological Honor Society.
