An Incomparable Professional

Not only a remarkable, timely, and organized lawyer, but a good man who takes time to understand beyond legalities. I just recently concluded my probate process that began when my mother passed quite suddenly in January of 2019. I was 26 years old, an only child, and I also lost my father at a young age. I knew I needed a lawyer, but had no knowledge of what that entailed. I had consultations with other lawyers previous to my referral to David, and after our first phone conversation I immediately felt comfortable, secure, and knew I was in good hands. Over the course of time, Mr. Hanley has made this process so incredibly smooth considering the circumstances; he saved me money, he looked out for my best interest, and went above and beyond to ensure that this process would be efficient, without stress, and to my benefit as much as possible after the trauma I went through. E-mails and phone calls were always immediately followed up by him, alongside thorough explanations of what I needed to do on my end to simplify things for me were just some of the perks that eased my anxiety and got me through this. I cannot praise him enough.

Awesome Service - Will/Estate Planning

We were looking for a lawyer to complete our estate planning, such as wills and power of attorney etc. David was recommended to us by a friend upon asking, as we really did not know where to start with the process. We cant speak more highly of David, he was excellent in every way, extremely knowledgeable and an utmost professional. Before starting this process we were unfamiliar with what was needed and David walked us through every step with patience and never had a problem with our many questions. We were made to feel comfortable and at ease with the process. Really we cant recommend him enough! If you need help with wills and estate planning, give him a call. These days it is super hard to find a dedicated, professional.. David is certainly that. Also he was very conscious of our current world situation, he even brought sanitizer to our “social distanced” document signing! Fees were also very reasonable for the work done.

Excellent, Professional service winding up my sisters estate in Florida

Excellent Estate Planning Advice and Follow up

David helped me in updating my Estate Plans now that I am here in Florida and also helped me with some questions relating to a beneficiary living overseas. He is very prompt with emails, and answers and helped me with all my (many) questions. I highly recommend him.

Awesome attorney!

David was referred to me by a real estate agent when my aunt passed away unexpectedly. David was absolutely amazing! He advised me every step of the way with the sale of the residence and the estate. David is very detail oriented and very patient. He explained everything in advance and during the process and after. He is proactive and very responsive and follows up in a timely manner. I did not have to wait. I did not have to question every little detail. He was on top of everything!He had my back and looked out for me and my well being as well as being my attorney.
