Born in St. Petersburg, FL and raised in Tampa, FL, David Carter has made it his life’s work to seek justice for those who have been wronged or injured. After graduating from Jesuit High School in Tampa, FL, David attended the University of Florida on a Florida Bright Futures Scholarship and graduated from the highly-regarded Honors Program. As a fifth-generation attorney, Mr. Carter knew early on that he wanted to litigate cases and assist his clients in obtaining justice against powerful, corporate interests. To that end, David attended Florida State University College of Law, graduating with Honors.
After graduation, David immediately went to work in the personal injury field at one of the larger firms. While he gained great satisfaction from helping his clients and achieving favorable results in their cases, he knew he would be happier at a smaller firm that was focused on building relationships with its clients and providing its clients personalized support throughout their entire case. Thus, in 2016, David accepted a position at a boutique firm where he gained experience in building client relationships and litigating larger cases. In 2020, David founded McCulloch Carter, PLLC with his lifelong friend and fellow attorney, Drew McCulloch, Esq. We are a firm dedicated to the needs of our clients and the community.
