Whether Respondent, Coastal Health,1/ discriminated against Petitioner, Tyshoan Wilcox, in violation of the Florida Civil Rights Act of 1992, sections 760.01–760.11 and 509.092, Florida Statutes, by disciplining and then suspending her, in retaliation for her participation in an investigation of a co- worker?s sexual harassment complaint against Coastal Health.Petitioner did not demonstrate by a preponderance of the evidence that she was discriminated against in retaliation for participation in a protected activity pursuant to the Florida Civil Rights Act of 1992.
