Battling for my children's safety.

I was in a battle for my children with an ex-husband with a bottomless wallet & the best attorney in his town. Well, I got the best attorney in my town with Diana. She listened, referenced law books, looked over all the documents I took to her (a few inches thick) and we hired her. She always stayed in touch and now our kids are our kids. My ex-husband has NO rights to the children. It's as if he never existed. I am proud to say that my oldest child has her Master's Degree in Social Work, helping abused and PTSD youth, while our son has Autism, he is an adventure everyday (and safe, THANK YOU DIANA), and our youngest just graduated High School and is on her way to college. I could not recommend a more professional and caring law firm and attorney than Diana Figueroa and The Figueroa Law Group, P.A. We are forever thankful to you.

I hired Diana's firm to represent me in a divorce settlement w/ child support. Her approach, recommendations and experience with other attorneys were instrumental in our successful outcome. As proof of providing her utmost dedication to your (as a future clilent) case, I can attest that she had arranged a hearing with the court days after Christmas and before New Years to settle my case (it was time sensitive). “Results speak for themselves. Litigation cos me over $50k. And I had to hire another attorney to appeal only to find out Figueroa Law Group had not submitted into evidence my ex deposition and other very important documents. The error is costing me over $100k as I was not allowed to recoup money my ex owed me legally. Other minor issues are their...

The time it takes for them to answer your emails/phone calls is measured in weeks. I even stopped by their office twice in person and twice was told they would get back with me...no sense of urgency, do not sign with them.
