The issues in this case are whether, in violation of the Florida Civil Rights Act, Respondent terminated Petitioner on the basis of her sex or age, or in retaliation for engaging in protected activity; and whether Respondent subjected Petitioner to a hostile work environment based on her sex or age.The evidence failed to show that (a) Respondent terminated Petitioner on the basis of her sex or age, or in retaliation for engaging in protected activity; or (b) Respondent subjected Petitioner to a hostile work environment based on her sex or age.
