Overtime wages compensation

A friend had refereed me to the law office where I was put in contact with Donna Smith. After discussing with her, via phone, why I had approached the firm she suggested that we get together to discuss my options. Upon meeting with her she clearly laid out all of my options on the table, thus allowing me the option to make a confident decision of the best course of action for my case. She was always there with a quick response if I had questions or concerns and gave me the feeling that she truly cared about my case and was there until a settlement, that I found except able, was met.

Donna was very professional, efficient, and effective! After hiring a different attorney, and waiting a year for her to actually do something, I decided to contact Donna Smith as I knew without a shadow of a doubt I had a valid case/complaint. Donna jumped on it and got things remedied for me. And did so in about 3 months. That is the difference between hiring a lawyer with years of experience and backed by a solid firm then choosing the wrong one who was clearly fresh out of law school and did not have my best interest in mind. Very easy to work with.

Donna treated me very well and became my advocate for a very difficult experience I had at my job. She was able to recoup my wages without going to court. I am very happy with the result and I am glad there are people out there who will stand up for the little guy.

Superior Service

Donna Smith in my opinion is heads and tails above the rest. I wish there were a way that I can give her along with the law firm 10 stars! My case took a little longer than most however, I was kept in the loop on everything and never at one point in our case that I feel that Donna was not working in my best interest. I don't normally give reviews on certain things but felt that this review was absolutely warranted! Not only did Donna make me feel like a very valued client , but understood me and my family and how having a favorable outcome improved my life! Great attorney

Donna Smith helped me significantly. I only wish I had hired her sooner, I made the mistake hiring the wrong attorney before Donna Smith that got no where over a 2 year time period. Then I hired Donna and she had my case wrapped up in less then six months and she did better then she herself estimated.
