He really did not seem to care if we won my case or not. He did not explain to me that if we lost that all my work credit prior to the date of verdict would not count if I ever filed for disability again.

I have known this attorney Thomas for many years and while he is likable as a person, his reputation within the legal community is marginal at best. Thomas has had disciplinary action(s) taken against him, in which at least in one instance his license was suspended for 90 days by the Florida Bar. He has a general reputation in the legal community of seldom, if ever, going to trial and of settling his clients cases at less than their full value. Thomas does have a reputation of being intelligent
