Best team of Lawyers

A very good Marine lawyer

A my old law firm Dwayne worked for me doing marine work as well as other trial work. When he moved to Jacksonville I continued to work with Dwayne as local counsel and to refer local Jacksonville work. He is well respected by the judges and lawyers in Jacksonville. He is gets the work done on time and in a manner that gets the best result for the client at a reasonable cost. Knows many people in the marine field in Jacksonville when we need to consult with outside experts. I have always found Dwayne to be on top of new developments in the marine law and a pleasure to work with.

M/Y Whitecloud Debt Settlement

We did some repairs on a yacht, when job was finished the boat captain refused to make final payment. We contacted Mr. Clark, explained the situation and asked him to represent us in the handling of this matter. He always kept us apprised of the situation and emailed us all correspondence between himself, the owners and the boat captain. We knew what was going on at all times. We are very pleased with the way Mr. Clark handled this case and would not hesitate to use his services again if needed and would recommend him highly. Mr. Clark was very professional and knowledgeable in the handeling of this case.
