Whether the Petitioner is entitled to reimbursement for charges billed to a workers' compensation insurance carrier for medical services rendered to an injured employee/claimant, pursuant to Section 440.13, Florida Statutes (2007).2Petitioner proved by a preponderance of the evidence that his treatment of workers' compensation claimant was not excessive and was medically necessary. Recommend that the employer/carrier reimburse Petitioner for disallowed charges.
