The issues are whether Respondent, Country Club Village MHP, Inc. (CCV Park), discriminated against Petitioner, Miguel A. Cotrich (Mr. Cotrich), based on his national origin in violation of the Florida Fair Housing Act (the Act), and, if so, the relief to which Mr. Cotrich is entitled.Petitioner failed to substantiate his claim of discrimination. His petition should be dismissed.
