A trouble making patient, going as far as complaining to the Dept. of Health, about the services I had rendered. I later found out that I was not the first he had done this to. I originally began with an attorney that had dragged out the process and made my life very stressful and miserable, to the point that I needed to change attorney's. Mr. Edwin Bayo was highly recommended. He was very professional, spending efficient time to review all the material. Because of his effort and dignity, the case was dismissed. He executes these qualities of professionalism that many endure, but few succeed.
Extremely sloppy work - poor attention to detail. He refused to cooperate with other lawyers involved and ignored directives (i.e. he was repeatedly told that one form of documentation was necessary and instead persisted on producing alternative documentation despite having been specifically told that would not be acceptable). Last, he essentially charged me for work I did for my own case.
