Practicing personal injury law since 1983 (including 2 years as a law clerk during law school 1980-1883) I have seen vast changes in the law, as well as how it is practiced. From changes in the law itself, to the progression of technologies, not only have these changes required successful lawyers to stay on the cutting edge when it comes to utilization of technology, but also necessary in having a full in-depth knowledge of the ever-changing law on an immediate basis to present to insurance companies and juries.
