Dr. Ricci helped me and my husband apply for my green card. I would recommend her with no hesitation. I talked with 6 lawyers before her that said I was not elegible to apply for a green card or kept saying the process was complicated because it was a "difficult interpretation of the law". Elizabeth gets that, and she will stick with you through the rollercoaster of trying to become a permanent resident / naturalized citizen of the USA. Mrs Ricci’s bio mentions her experience with complex cases and I can attest the statement is warranted. Being military stationed overseas presents its own unique challenges but Mrs Ricci surprised me with her availability. Responses were prompt and thorough and she was willing to explain time and again until I truly understood the process. I felt confident my case was proceeding down the right path and was ultimately rewarded with that belief in the end as my wife completed her naturalization ceremony. However, the real reason I’m pleased to leave this review Is because at one point in my case there was a significant mistake made. We all make them and no one is exempt, but this in my opinion is why Mrs Ricci earned my 5 star rating. She immediately accepted responsibility and went into action correcting the issue. Not only was the potential impact of that negated, the personal resolution she offered was more than acceptable to me. In short, this is exactly what I wanted from a lawyer when I hired her. Without having any prior experience in this arena, I wanted someone who I felt was on my side, truly invested in my case and had an ear for my concerns. Being able to call my wife an American means more to our family than I could express and a large part of that is thanks to the relentless effort on Mrs Ricci’s part to make it happen. Having finished the process I can authoritatively say that she was in full command the entire time and well aware of the options available to me. Because of the geographical separation I was unable to meet her in person but even the first phone consultation eliminated that trepidation.
