The issue in this case is whether North Armenia Consolidated Corporation is entitled to a coastal construction control line permit to build a single-family home seaward of the coastal construction control line on Little Gasparilla Island.No Coastal Construction Control Line permit where part of proposed single-family dwelling is seaward of 30-year erosion control line and is on frontal dune.
