Eric Friday has served as our lead counsel on multiple Federal and State constitutional issues, preemption law, personal property, privacy, and self-defense related issues.
He has effectively provided a range of legal services including education of industry and government officials, public outreach, legislative drafting & review, providing testimony to Florida law makers, media relations, and effective representation of our interests in court at the trial and appellate level.
