Divorce-marital settlement modification.

I was fortunate to be able to have Erica Caitlin Dlubala represent me in a marital settlement modification. I was very impressed with the level of service I received from the firm. Erica explained everything she could, should, and would do in a way that made me feel that she had my best interest in mind. I was not overloaded with paperwork or unnecessary phone calls in an attempt to jack up her billing hours. Communications were clear, concise, and open. I never felt like I was just another file. When Erica was with me, she focused on me. I believe she cared about me and the outcome of my case. Family

Erica was a great person to work with. I think if Erica was on her own and not under someone she would have been a better lawyer working on my case. She would have better inform and follow up on issues than her boss.

Paternity

I met Miss Dlubala through the Waters & Associates Law Firm. Miss Dlubala provided excellent, expedient, and critically timed service for my paternity establishment needs. I had a required deadline to have the Court Order available for Health Insurance eligibility for my son. Her expertise in the Florida Law requirements needed to fulfill my needs were unmatched. I had good communication from her through the entire process via phone, office visits and Emails. I was never in the dark about where the case was in the proceedings process steps, dates that needed to be met for court entry, on up to Final Hearing and Judgement. Her Office Assistants were very knowledgeable and helpful also when I needed minor assistance, correspondence, or case submittals. I highly recommend Erica Caitlin Dlubala for anyone's legal needs that encompass the type of legal services she practices. At the time she was fairly new but was able to get everything done in the time frame I required. That means there was good mentorship, steadfast drive, and resourcefulness to get the answers required to get the case closed within the Clients requirements. This Young Lady is Going Places

I knew from my first consult with Erica that she was highly intelligent. She was prompt with my initial meeting with her and had thoroughly reviewed my case and was ready to go. She saw one line in my initial paperwork that saved me a lot of time and money and even spoke to another attorney to verify her findings. Every meeting thereafter she was ready to go. On the day of court she explained to me what I was supposed to do and what was happening every step of the way. It was a great experience.

Review for 3rd dui and divorce representation

Erica exhibited an extraordinary ability to provide council through a very difficult year for me. My third DUI was totally dismissed, and my X-wife walked away with peanuts compared to amount she felt intitled to. I was shockingly pleased by the poise, demeter, gentle yet professional conduct, and shear intuitive intellect she commands for her age. I would recommend her to ANYONE. The best part may have been the fairness of the pricing for her service. Due to her strong work ethic, focus, and determination I am absolutely certain she will have a long and extremely prosperous career. Honestly, from what I have personally witnessed I would not be the least bit surprised to find out she was appointed as a Judge in a few decades.

Wonderful!

Erica was a huge help during my divorce case. She was very friendly, answered all of my questions promptly, and got me more than I could have hoped for in regards to my case. Hardworking and firm, anxious to get the job done, but not intimidating or unpleasant.
