Will fight for you!

I worked with Erika over the past 24 months regarding arbitration filing for an employment contract issue. She was always focused, well prepared, and went up against 3 lawyers from a large law firm representing the other side. She knew the arbitration process well, recommended/brought in subject matter experts for SEC law and data forensics as needed. Additionally, she provided sound and helpful advise on trade-offs, approach, process, and settlement attempts throughout the process. She was accessible and responsive when needed. Plus, she coached me and helped even reduce my legal fees by offering options. While the process was long, she stayed committed, patient, and always planned ahead. Although it felt like David vs Goliath at times, I am VERY happy to say that thanks to Erika, David won again! BTW, I drove up from Miami and it was well worth the trips to have Erika's outstanding support. Don't let the distance make you settle for someone less effective.

The only attorney you will ever need.

She is very knowledgable, professional and honest. Qualities that are getting more difficult to find. She will work very hard for a cause if it warrants justification and does not quit when the going gets tough. And last but not least she is petite and very, very attractive!
