Mr. Tucker will tell you that he will fight for you in a trial and will not leave your case to be determined by a judge. That is a flat out lie. When it comes time for court, he will not be ready to fight your case becuase he hasn't done his homework and it is much easier to just tell the judge you are a good person, blah, blah, blah. I would have gotten the same judgement had I saved my $2k on this attorney.

DUE TO THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE ATTORNEY AND HIS STAFF, MY ONSET DATE WAS REPORTED INCORRECTLY TO SSA AND I LOST OUT ON 24,000..PERTINENT MEDICAL INFO NOT SUBMITTED WITH INITIAL CLAIM, SLOWED MY APPROVAL BY MONTHS...DID NOT TAKE PROACTIVE MEASURES TO ASSIST WITH MY CASE..DID ALL OF MY OWN RESEARCH AS WELL AS SUBMITTING INFO TO ODAR TO ADVANCE MY COURT DATE AND GET AN APPROVAL. DID.WILL BE SEEKING DAMAGES AS WELL AS FILING BAR COMPLAINTS...SHOULD HAVE USED MORGAN AND MORGAN OR ANYBODY ELSE.
