The issue for determination is whether Respondents committed the offense set forth in the Amended Notice of Fine for Violation of Child Care Standards dated July 15, 2009 and, if so, whether Petitioner should impose a fine of $50 upon Respondents.Petitioner demonstrated that Respondents failed to have documentation of Level 2 screening for some its staff. Recommend a $50 administrative fine.
