Although handling my divorce wasn't terrible, he did have a winning result, however, I feel he should've fought for more money. He went for the lowest amount possible.

When handling my chapter 13 bankruptcy, he DID NOT manage his paralegal. Her actions resulted in an additional bankruptcy-chapter 7, in which I had to forfeit my home and car. He then fired her and gave all his bankruptcy cases to another attorney...all without notification. I should've reported his firm to the Florida Bar. By the way, my case was NOT the only one he did this to! You'll do yourself a favor to hire someone else!

About 6 or 7years ago I was looking to hire an attorney for a custody battle. After consulting with 4 different lawyers, Frank was the only lawyer who understood my not so normal 24-48 work schedule. HE GOT ME 50/50 AND HE GOT ME MAKE UP TIME FOR A BIRTHDAY THAT WAS TAKEN FROM ME. Many fathers that have some sort of court ordered custody always say the system doesn't care about father's rights, maybe they didn't hire the right lawyer. Heck during that time of the custody battle a restraining order was placed on me by the other party...Frank got that thrown out/withdrawn/removed in less then 10 min.

Hired Frank to handle a Social Security issue involving child support. Frank appears to be a good attorney but needed constant reminders from me to provide deliverables and status updates. Frank promises he will respond but that's not always the case. It's been five months and I'm still waiting for a copy of the signed Court Order modifying my state child support requirements.
