Well, there are ALOT of " Attorney 's " out there, however when it is a serious matter to oneself, it is not time to " bargain shop" for lack of better terms. Frank and his staff were able to expeditiously process correctly my Corp. As I am an independent contractor. Mr. Heston listened, advised appropriately and I followed through as Heston Law did!!
