This guy and his firm are not worth the fees they charge, in my opinion. They charged over 250,000 on my federal criminal case and then Funk didn't even show up at my sentencing. I wouldn't use them to represent me on a parking ticket.
Having the two partners who are also up to speed on all cases was a real plus in that someone is always available to take care of things even if the primary attorney is indisposed.
I was extremely pleased with Mr. Funk and his partners. I feel they went out of their way to represent me and lookout for my interest
