I was opposing counsel on a case with Mr. Raines and was deeply impressed with his communication skills, knowledge, and accessibility. He is an outstanding attorney and very evident that he enjoys what he does. Integrity and intelligence are two of the adjectives I'd use to describe Mr. Raines.
