To my chagrin, he was pretty passive about the entire matter. I had to diligently monitor my case on the County website and advise him of conditions requiring immediate attention. When things were getting dark, his one adamant advice to me was to "get packing". With that, I took on the lender myself by engaging my Congressman and the OCC. His office eventually advised me of "our" victory three months after I won the case on my own. I could have saved thousands of dollars had I known this sort of case either wasn't his forte, or that he had too many other family law cases, or that he is just winding down. I don't like to give a bad review, but these are just the hard facts.
Mr. Fox took the drama out of my divorce. He made sure all bases were covered and I felt that I had good representation. All paperwork was expediously submitted and processed and there was no chasing him down to get the job done.
