I am outside counsel to a corporation based in New York, but which conducts its business throughout most of the United States. From time to time I must retain counsel outside New York to commence or defend a lawsuit for this client. In coordinating the legal affairs of this client, I retained, on behalf of that client, Mr. Stipany to commence a complex commercial lawsuit in South Florida.
