He took $1500 to apply for Medicare for my brother-in-law who is in a nursing home on self-pay which is over $5000 per month not to mention personal items such as denture cleaner which the nursing home charged $63 for 1 month. It has been 2 months and now there is only $300 left of what I paid him and all he has done is a "draft" of the paperwork needed to apply for Medicare. We can make one more month payment for my brother-in-law and then he can be on the street, cause the home WILL evict.
