Ms. Burgos was assigned to be insurance case, which to me seemed helpless. She patiently explained how the law works and was always honest about the possible results. I was impressed from the instant they answered the phone at this firm. Everyone was deep in knowledge of this area of the law. I always felt Nina was proactive and pushing back as hard as was appropriate against the big insurance company.
