I have been a client of this firm for over a decade. I have referred several friends & business associates to Mr. Parnell & his Staff, always with positive results. They have ALWAYS communicated in a timely manner, with knowledge & professionalism.

This firm has to be the worst out there. They never contact you when they say. They are not loyal and I have experienced extreme rudeness though the whole litigation process. They have not kept me abreast of how my case was progressing, as it sat in limbo for over 1 year. They told me to continue treatment and then abandoned my case with lots of medical bills when they were telling me that we were going to do depositions and head to mediation. They then dropped my case without warning.

The staff at Gibbs and Parnell were very helpful. Answered all by questions and helped me get my doctor bills paid. The only problem I had was I was on crutches and they insisted I come to their office to sign for the check. That was not very convenient for me. Otherwise, they were very good.

He reviewed all the information that I gave him, he helped me find a doctor since I was new to the area, and was able to get the company to pay my doctor bills.
