The issue in this case is whether Respondent unlawfully discriminated against Petitioner on the basis of her race in violation of the Florida Civil Rights Act, when Petitioner was an employee of Respondent.Respondent hospital did not unlawfully discriminate against Petitioner when Petitioner was an employee of Respondent, on the basis of her race, in violation of the Florida Civil Rights Act.
