The very day that I told them that I would not be able to go to their Physical Therapy doctor (Fibromyalgia issues-the doctor was great!), the mailed out a certified letter saying they would no longer represent me. Had the accident in September and heard from them only three times between then and March. Very poor communication and reprehensible that they treated a client so cavalierly.

Great team of attorneys. Although my case didn't involve major injury or claim, I feel my case was treated as it was just as important. The case manager kept me advised of each step of the process and the progress. My auto accident case was settled out of court with the other drivers' insurance company and medical treatment facilities in just six months. Communication was somewhat lagging. Most communication was initiated by me (via email or phone). I know my case was not an million dollar case, but I will say their response time after my accident was quick and their investigator was efficient. In the end all worked out, they did their best. While signing the documents to finish the settlement, the paralegal Maria was very efficient and informative. I would recommend this law firm.

I contacted your office via internet and did the phone interview with Marie,she presented it to the appropriate lawyer etc. I was called by Marie and told they would be happy to take my case and I would be receiving a packet. After receiving the packet with a formal letter from the attorney that they will represent me,I then made a appointment to give my records to the Social security intake, a day later they called and said we do not want the case...Pathetic way to run a supposed quality firm
