Did an injury case and he refused to get me the justice I deserve. The lady that hit me and it was a major accident I crushed both my legs. Anyway the lady that hit me only had $10,000.00 pip coverage. He kinda forced me to take that $10,000.00 saying that's all I could get. Because of the Florida insurance laws the no fault law.

So I wanted to sue the lady that hit me he said it was not worth it because he said the lady has nothing to get. I was in nursing home for 7 months because and I lost everything. I found out after that I could have sued her and even if she has nothing because when I won I could have had judgements against her so she would not be able to buy a house until she paid me. Also with the judjement I could have petitioned courts for payment on my judgement anytime. And made her life miserable just like she made my life miserable.
