I hired him back in May of this year to represent me for a "Emergency Child removal" - the case got changed from an emergency hearing to a full blown trial where we could bring evidence and witnesses etc I asked him on multiple occasions to use the information and resources we had so I wouldn't loose my daughter to her abusive father - well he shot me down and told me it wasn't necessary- Also wasn't too knowledgeable inside the court room judge ate him up for lunch! He got several opportunities to help me win and it all went down the drain like water in the shower I've been getting other consults and the lawyers keep saying that he screwed me because had he done his research I would have stood a chance to win the minute he sensed I wasn't going to give him another 4 grand to waste he lost interest. Also other attorney told me about a previous incident where he opposed Guichard and now it's been a year and the mother can't even see her kids and had she had a knowledgeable attorney she could at least get time share... RUN FOR THE HILLS AND SAVE YOUR COINS!!!!!
