Amazing Attorney!!!

Mr. Soto went above and beyond anything I could have ever expected for my case. He is very thorough and leaves no detail overlooked. He is very professional and courteous and keeps you in the loop throughout the entire legal process. He is reliable and if he says he can do something I know that it will be done. Feeling greatful

I am thankful that Mr Soto was recommended to me. He and his staff were so helpful through a very difficult time. Gigi was there to hold my hand as we walked through the DUI process and then Mr Soto used his knowledge of criminal law and was able to get my case resolved. So happy I had him on my side!

Find someone else. Dont waste your money

This man was paid in full when i went in to talk to him. Never hear another word till he calls me asking for $ & warrants have been issued. I had to provide proof of payment & hire another lawyer. He just takes your money & leaves you hanging.

Lack of

I hired Mr Soto to help with a dui case. Him and his staff have done nothing for me. All they have done is waste my time and my money he's not worth the headache

DO NOT HIRE

I used Gus as my lawyer for a DUI case. We hired him and did not go to court for 8 months after hiring him. During these months he was nearly impossible to get in contact with. Phone calls were not returned, he never had availability to meet, ext. He reassured me that dragging out my court case would be beneficiary to me in end, however the end result was the same as it would have been with a public defender. On the day of court he showed up late, he did not even know what my name was, and he lied to me about some of the orders that the court would give me. I payed this man for legal advice and when I asked what he recommends I should do/ how could he make things better for me he told me theres nothing he could do to help and that I would have to decide on my own. DO NOT hire this man. He will screw you over and make you regret investing in him.

Run, run, far away! No attorney is a better option. In a years time, he made time for a face to face meeting only once! He was not even aware of our names. Horrible communication with the office! They rarely return phone calls and we often were calling them back after NO response! Did not have our best interests at heart at all. I feel like we paid for nothing! Competent legal counsel was never provided.

Workers Comp

Back in 2000, I had a back injury on the job that required surgery. After I got operated I hired Mr. Soto to take charge of my case. In 2001 he came to a settlement while I was still injured and he told me my case was worth $20,000 but I only received a check from his business that was a little over $16,000. But I never saw any numbers ($$$) of my case from him or Workers Comp; I only received what he claimed my case was worth. He will only fight for his benefits and doesn't care about his clients; he also didn't have a professional attitude, he yelled at me and I observed him yell at many other clients as well. I definitely do not recommend him to anyone.

Great attorney!

Mr. Soto is a very professional and knowledgeable attorney. He is straight forward with his clients and does not inflate expectations or make ridiculous promises like other attorneys. He fights for his clients in order to get the best possible options for their ultimate decision. His knowledge of the law and respect among the attorneys and judges in north Florida provide further support for his clients in their respective cases.

Poor communication

Mr. Soto (or his office) never contacted me with updates to my case. All communication was instigated by me. He was 45 minutes late to court. I don't feel he investigated all aspects of my case. I felt that I was "just another client" and not much more than that. Certainly would NOT refer anyone to him based on my experience with him.
