Great Patent Attorney

John Rizvi is a great patent attorney. When you work with him, you can appreciate his knowledge and passion with working with inventors and protecting their intellectual property. One thing I also appreciated about John was how he was able to write the patent in such a way to make sure that the patent didn't get in the way of the invention process. This is good because as you work through the invention phase, its hard to say were the discovery will take you. New discovery may fall outside the patent. However, as the patent was written it allowed for some wriggle room. He has a great team and his team was nice and cordial when I was working with them to get the patent done. He has a great book called "Escaping the Gray." He sent this book to me once I became his client. When I started reading that book it was hard for me to put it down until I finished it. When I feel like I need some motivation, I think back on some of the exerts of that book of his own life experiences and it helps me keep trudging forward. He wrote that book for entrepreneurs. And his own experience of walking off the deep end and taking that big risk and how he had to cope with fear to help him move forward. Also from reading the book, he helps us inventors know that he knows how important our idea is to us, and how escaping the gray and transforming from inventor to entrepreneur is a journey well worth it!

I began working with the Rizvi Team in mid January. In less than 4 months their team has created over a dozen illustrations of my device, descriptive language to explain the illustrations, then, added a second but similar device, with more illustrations and descriptive language, researched and created a Logo for my product, and then created two different Sell Sheets for prospective licensees. Bogus Search and Wasted Time and Money

Yes they did their expert search and supposedly found 7 items to refute that were not even close to my idea. So of course your falsely enthusiastic about moving forward. Now 2 1/2 years later and thousands of $s spent on their services, my patent was rejected because there was a very similar patent already issued. I’d of happily paid the search fee if it was...
