Robert Riccio was rude, disrespectful, dishonorable, unfair, inaccurate, unprofessional, unjust and corrupt. He undermined a timely, economic and equitable resolution of my case. He did not keep his agreement in negotiations and delayed the outcome for one year to increase his exorbitant attorney fees to equal 50% of the estate.

It is horrific to see that "peer reviews" have been used in volume to improperly inflate the rating of Rip Britton. He is guilty of Elder Abuse, no question. He is cruel, dishonest and highly unethical. His number one priority is clearly NOT the wellbeing of ANYONE - He is solely driven by money and deplorable ego. He is a monster. NOT TO BE TRUSTED IN ANY REALM.

Robert Riccio charged $48,458.50 to settle my mother's estate after another attorney had previously charged $7,580 to provide a full estate accounting. The estate had no debt and no complications. He delayed the legal process and did no work to earn such an exorbitant fee. He is unethical and corrupt.

The job did get done, and as far as I can tell, it got done properly. But the process seemed very slow: over 13 months to settle a straightforward, uncontested estate. Charges came in close to what he had estimated to us. He was gracious on the phone, but responsiveness and communication were not the best. At one point, he failed to return phone calls or emails for a month. Documents were sent out full of errors. Reason offered for these shortcomings: relocation of his office.

Charges of Conspiracy and fraud have been brought against HAND ARENDAL LAW FIRM/ Weinacker vs Baer/Quittmeyer/Callaway.

This person cannot be trusted. His treatment of the elderly and people in general is deplorable. He is unethical and immoral seeking only to promote himself in any manner necessary.
