Very professional attorney

Custody

Tomorrow is my trail for my son, my ex-wife is fighting me for custody. I have to say, Harley has done a excellent job all tge way up until our day in court tomorrow. Great Lawyers

My name is Jeff Friend and I was falsely arrested for DUI and Refusal to take a breath test. The State chose to separate the charges and take me to trial for the Refusal first believing it would be an easy win for the State. However, I retained Gutin and Wolverton and Attorney Stephen Wolverton was my trial attorney. Attorney Wolverton aggressively crossed examined the arresting officer and gave a brilliant closing argument. The Jury came back with a NOT GUILTY verdict. What Stephen Wolverton argued was that there was no probable cause for my arrest so therefore that was no justification for the arresting officer to request a breath test. I do not know of any other Attorney/Law Firm that has been able to receive a NOT GUILTY from a jury on a Refusal charge!!!! Thank you Stephen Wolverton and Harley Gutin for representing me.

Divorce Settlement with Spouse Abroad

I contacted Mr. Gutin, after almost a year of trying to understand where or how to divorce my European ex-spouse living in Malaysia. From the first phone call with Mr. Gutin, suddenly everything seemed much simpler, faster, and clear cut. I was impressed by how responsive he was, responding to questions by text on a Sunday afternoon, or a late evening email. I was also very grateful for his compassionate personality, and human way of guiding me through the process of starting with what is the standard way of doing things and then really listening to what I wanted or needed. He asked me questions to thoroughly understand my situation and rather humanly extended his advice and different options I might consider when adapting my Marital Settlement Agreement and my Parenting Plan. I truly appreciate the experience that I had with Mr. Gutin, having managed to easily obtain my divorce with a positive feeling, stress relief, and the feeling that I had been looked after.
