My real estate practice includes everything from contract negotiation through closing, as well as HOA and condo association related work. My business law practice focuses on business sales and contract negotiation. My commercial litigation practice involves representing clients in business disputes, from preparing initial pleadings through trial. My employment practice includes, among other things, claims arising out of Title VII, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and the ADA.
